What type of guiding do you do?: Raft and recreational
What do you enjoy most about working at Adventure Bound?: Being able to introduce kids to rafting! My first trip was a life changing experience and the whole reason I guide now, so I think it’s cool that I can be that person for someone else
What is your favorite river to guide, and your favorite rapid on that river?: The kennebec! Big mama and the three sisters, but especially the ghost of the fourth sister
What’s your favorite AB memory?: One trip I had a really great boat and the kids were so enthusiastic about being on the river
Where do you adventure when you are not working?: All around Northern Maine
What do you do in the off-season when you’re not guiding at AB?: I currently work for Skowhegan Outdoors where I facilitate programs for the community. I also enjoy ice skating, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and sledding.
Tell us about any certifications, special talents, etc.: WFR, Rec License, whitewater kayaker, photographer, I am a Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol
